Ordered products online that did not show out of stock. Specifically wanted a lifting crate urgently to make getting ready for a Skifari trip easier. They notified by phone that they didn’t have the item in stock. I stated that I want a refund and they never got back to me after that. Only a voicemail to call back. Upon requesting all further communication to be in writing I have received no response.
Also because the refund is delayed I’m not exactly going to go buy another lifting cradle so I don’t end up with two.
Very dishonest service, as I find most businesses that don’t want to communicate in writing when there are issues. To ensure there is clear communication and nothing taken the wrong way from what was said on the phone etc.

I now have communication back from the business in writing after I explained I would go straight to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal if I did not get a response by COB Tuesday 24th of October It was a tight deadline but going from other reviews of no communication I didn’t want to prolong the process any further.
I am still disappointed In the timeframe it took to agree to my refund since the 3rd of October.
A simple email stating the refund was going to take place could have avoided all of this.
I’ll bump my review to 2 stars now.

I did call back, and I only got a verbal we will see what we can do about the refund. Any attempt to have this confirmed in writing after multiple emails took almost a month
I changed my review after discussing with Shayne who called me to apologise about my bad experience within the online shop. He promised me an improvement in customer relations and order follow-up. So, wait and see :)
Never buy a bike from these ppl worst ever money hungry ppl.due to health reasons I could not go ahead with my bike and these ppl did not care one bit and refuse to give me a refund.
So you calling me a liar?also to be clear I never expected your offer and have taken the matter to fair trading.all I asked was for my refund and you refused then I asked if I can use the money in the store and that was also refused.
UPDATE: It is now mid November. Offering refund or asking for double the price for the same part.
Ordered May, now it is mid August and they won't reply to emails.
When contacted, the answer is, maybe, next order for the item will be sometime in October. Item remains available for purchase on the site..
Yeah do not go to this dealership Robby the service advisor will try to take u for every penny u have and he is good contact with Yamaha insurance so it’s a major screw around ,they had put something in the gear box on the first service it had made a horrible noise when leaving .my mechanic had changed the oil an noticed a pasty colour in it to confirm my issue ,.the same day.and no it was not a manufacturing issue the bike was still running when I went in the 2nd
service was missed is because they told me 2 different kl to take it in ,they lie thru their teeth very money hungry people, they had denied my warranty the next day of taken it in an gave me a 2,500$ dollar charge on my engine for a bike worth 4,500$ , I had asked for a report an claim on my mechanical warranty they had lied to my finance company an warranty company and I , saying they would send but did not for 4 whole weeks , saying to my company an I they have so already , the list goes on my bike is in their atm with a 4,500$ charge after he had sent my report an claim a few days ago
Spoke to Patrick who was super helpful, went out of his way and above and beyond the call of duty to try and help me get a part last-minute for my quadbike. Hope the managers recognise his great customer service.
Don’t waste your time with parts online, ordered an in stock genuine parts, told it will take a week max (most shops get it within 3 days) and just received my parts a month later and missing an item, first and last time with these guys.
Fantastic business, awesome staff, bloody great collection of R1’s & the old two stroke YZ250’s well worth checking out!
